Pears arranged rum
Take advantage of the season to make an arrangement with this delicious fruit! Yes, but with which variety of pear? Williams pears, juicy and tasty, are the ideal candidates. As usual, take fruits from organic farming, you do not want to macerate any pesticides. Three pears per litre, here is what you need to help you make the recipe:
- Peel the pears
- Cut them in quarters, and remove the seeds
- Insert the pieces into your bottle
- Add a cinnamon stick
- And five tablespoons of liquid sugar
- Close your jar and store it in the shade, in the dry
You can remove the cinnamon after one month of maceration. Vanilla is optional, it's according to your preferences. A small piece of ginger can also be added to develop the freshness of the mixture.
Pear rum can be sweetened with honey, in which case make sure to dissolve it by stirring it every day for the first week. Its eye is pale, sweet in the mouth, the arranged pear rum is characterized by sweet and sweet notes.
